At VertexTravels LLC, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to provide flexibility when possible. Below is our Cancellation Policy that outlines the terms and conditions for canceling or modifying your tour booking. Please read it carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. Cancellation by the Traveler
If you wish to cancel or modify your tour booking, please refer to the following guidelines:
More than 30 Days Before the Tour Date:
Full Refund: You will receive a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 30 days before the scheduled tour date.
Between 15 and 30 Days Before the Tour Date:
50% Refund: Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total tour price.
Less Than 15 Days Before the Tour Date:
No Refund: Cancellations made within 14 days of the tour date will not be eligible for a refund.
No-Show:
If you do not show up for the tour on the scheduled date and have not provided notice of cancellation, no refund will be issued.
2. Modifications to Your Booking
Changing Tour Dates:
You may modify your booking and change the tour date, subject to availability. If you request a date change less than 30 days before the tour, a $50 change fee will apply.
Transfer of Booking:
If you wish to transfer your booking to another person, you can do so with no additional charge, provided you inform us at least 7 days before the tour date. After this period, changes may be subject to a $25 administrative fee.
3. Cancellation by VertexTravels LLC
While we do our best to operate all tours as scheduled, we reserve the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In the event that we must cancel a tour:
Full Refund: If VertexTravels LLC cancels the tour, you will receive a full refund of the payment made.
Alternative Arrangements: Alternatively, we may offer you the option to reschedule your tour or select a different tour, subject to availability.
4. Special Circumstances (Force Majeure)
In the case of circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen events, VertexTravels LLC will attempt to reschedule your tour or offer alternative solutions. However, we cannot be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by such events, and no refund will be issued in the case of force majeure situations.
5. How to Cancel or Modify Your Booking
To cancel or modify your booking, please contact us through one of the following methods:

Online: You may also request cancellations or modifications via your online account, if applicable.
Once we process your cancellation or modification request, we will confirm it via email. Please note that any refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
6. Refund Process
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
